Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or reported as lost by the carrier, please send an email to callientedaretoplay@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Exchanges & Returns
Return Conditions
We accept returns 30 days after the delivery date, provided the item is:
✔ Unused and in perfect condition
✔ In original packaging with tags intact
✔ Not listed as a final sale item
How to Make a Return
1. Send an email to callientedaretoplay@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Send the item back to us. Once we receive it, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt of the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
